We are a Community Interest Company. Set up by somebody who has been inside a cell for several years. Someone who knows the importance of a phone call but also how expensive they can become.

Why so cheap?

Not everything cheap has a catch. We search the internet looking for the best prices and show them to you. Some of the low price deals are ours, but some prices we cannot beat.  Either way, we show you who has the best and lowest price for that deal. Our support is via online message or email with all messages normally answered within a few hours.  Alternatively you can book a 'Call-Back' phone call and somebody will phone you at the time you require. 

Absolutely. Before prison, the person who started the CIC ran a business as a Corporate Service Provider. Part of that business supplied virtual lines / SIP trunks / Voip lines etc. The self management 'log-in' portal is fully secure.

Nope. You decide on a month by month basis. 

This is a brand new Service just started by Rubicon Gate CIC. We do not advertise as this costs money. Money that we would have to add onto our service and onto your bill. But, if you are reading this you have finally found us.

Totally. We have not had any 'down-time' or performance issues since we started. All SIP trunks (phone lines) are secure and unlike some providers we have more than enough to provide a consistent service.

We do not work for profit and nobody gets a wage. We want to provide this as a service to Prisoners and their families, not to make money out of people in a bad situation.

Once you have chosen and bought your phone package, we then confirm with you the telephone number.  This usually takes less than 2 hours. However, this may take longer if done after hours or at weekends. This is out of our control as the wholesaler has to verify it. 

Is Gate~Dial always the cheapest?

NO. Some deals we cannot beat.  Our Aim is to show you the options which are best for you. So we show you the best options even when it is not a service provided by us.
